At Simply Inspired, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., sublimated mugs or engraved jewelry) are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at simplyinspired.troppel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

How to Return:
Contact us at simplyinspired.troppel@gmail.com to initiate a return.
Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for damaged/defective items.)
After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
